This is a Non-Employee Contingent Worker Role providing services for TIAA’s family of companies and will be employed by TIAA's preferred 3rd Party Supplier. As a Non-Employee CW, perform a variety of moderately complex business planning, support, and project-related duties. This role will sit onsite, likely in a hybrid capacity, at the location(s) listed in this posting. The anticipated term of this engagement will be 6 months. This term could be extended based on company business needs. CW-Brand Marketing III The Brand Marketing job contributes to the development of marketing initiatives to maximize brand appeal and to ensure customer experience is in line with brand image and strategy. Working independently with limited supervision, this job manages brand marketing projects to conduct and analyze research, identify target customers, and customize marketing messages, media channels and strategies. Key Responsibilities and Duties Researches and assists with the development of marketing strategies to maximize brand appeal for target customers; assists with preparation of recommendations for more senior team members and/or management. Compiles and analyzes data on market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to identify market opportunities for the brand. Analyzes opinion research to determine perceptions of brands, and to identify opportunities for increased marketing/advertising as well as potential for additional product or service prospects. Conducts research to define targeted customer segments and determine the key values that drive buying behavior for each segment. Interpreting data for marketing trends and reporting to management for new or potentially new product or service development. Collaborates to develop brand positioning, associated marketing themes, and media channels that align with target customer demographics. Drafts brand marketing materials that resonate with targeted customer segments to promote brand appeal. Develops knowledge of the organization's products, services, and customers by working closely with more experienced team members. Helps coach and delegate work to lower level team members.Educational Requirements University (Degree) PreferredWork Experience 3 Years Required; 5 Years PreferredPhysical Requirements Physical Requirements: Sedentary Work Career Level 7IC As a Nuveen production designer, you provide timely and accurate changes for simple and complex work (print, PPT and digital) in the Design Studio. Make changes to existing files and use branded templates to execute requests as needed. Must be a self-starter, have an eye for detail and maintain a high level of accuracy. Must have extensive knowledge of PPT, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Word, Excel. (XD, AE, knowledge a plus) Primary Responsibilities Make requested changes to existing creative work submitted into the Creative Design Studio Understand and interpret markups on pdfs Quick turn-arounds, meet tight SLAs Use existing branded templates to execute creative requests Ensure all designs meet brand standards Collaborate closely with art directors, designers and writers to help execute marketing materials Provide image retouching when needed Make various formats of supplied artwork (PDFs, JPEGs, PNGs, etc.) Design and interpret in PPT fluently Be an expert plotting Charts and graphs Follow production schedules to ensure tasks are being completed on time Prepare final print and digital-ready files based on supplied specifications Prepare images for responsive online and mobile applications Archiving and maintenance of old files Keep up-to-date on latest technology trends Primary Working Relationships Works with their Manager, Design Studio CDs as well as the rest of the Creative Design Studio team Work with content providers and project managers Job Requirements BS/BA preferred. Must have extensive knowledge of PPT, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Word, Excel. (XD, AE, knowledge a plus) Must be able to work under pressure while managing many jobs at one time Extensive knowledge of layout, design, and typography and branding Ability to follow instructions #LI-MS1 Start Date: 05-Dec-2022 End Date: 30-Jun-2023 Travel Required: No Base Pay Range: $53.57/hr. - $60.18/hr.
