The Senior Supply Planner is responsible to plan and schedule production requirements ensuring customer requirements are delivered, inventory objectives are achieved, and operational efficiencies are optimized. Contribute to continuous improvement in MRP development and achievement of supply chain objectives.

Requirements

• Produce and issue production schedules for Packaging and Bulk production on a weekly deadline.
• Ensuring inventory position, operational efficiency and responsiveness to customer needs are prioritized.
• Analyze planned capacity versus actual yield information and implement advanced planning.
• actions to ensure weekly schedules are reliable and MRP demand planning is accurate.

- Conduct a weekly RCCP with the Production and Maintenance to ensure shifts needed for production are secured and to plan any downtime in production

• Verify and ensure availability of materials required to meet production schedules on a daily.
• Basis by proactively analyzing and communicating regarding inventory position, lot expiration, quality status and materials movements.
• Understand complex bill of materials and how they impact multiple operational functions.
• Organizing, cleaning, and auditing Master Data to ensure accurate production planning.

• Track and scorecard daily production vs plan
• Own production tech transfers between Irvine facility and other manufacturing plants
• Own special projects within supply chain to improve efficiency.
• Working in compliance with the company's Health & Safety Policies/SOPs including but not limited to the Safety Responsibilities Procedure
• Will comply with Good Manufacturing Practices in all GMP sensitive areas of Nutrawise
• Other duties not included here may be required.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Requirements

• Three {3) to five {5) years' experience in Production Planning, preferably in the
• consumer products industry
• Demonstrated experience with an MRPII system and MS Office applications.
• Proven analytical and operational experience.
• Familiar with GMP, and the various practices of the food and pharmaceutical industry
• Ability to produce reports and schedules in a timely and accurate manner.
• Strength in inter-personal, teamwork and communication skills
• Experience in both short-term and advanced planning processes
• Innovative, adaptable, and motivated towards continuous improvement
