Requirements:

1 year work experience working as a Certified Nursing Assistant
1 year experience working in your field of interest
Ability to follow all state rules and regulations when providing patient care.
Ability to work under the supervision of a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse on duty or any Advanced Practice RN or Physician
CPR certification required
CPI/Crisis Prevention Certification (Required for Behavioral Health)
Up to Date TB Skin Test or Acceptable Alternative (T-Spot, TB Gold, Chest X-Ray, Etc.)
Covid Vaccination Record (Required at Facility Discretion.)
Physical or Physician Statement
