Requirements:
- 1 year work experience working as a Certified Nursing Assistant
- 1 year experience working in your field of interest
- Ability to follow all state rules and regulations when providing patient care.
- Ability to work under the supervision of a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse on duty or any Advanced Practice RN or Physician
- CPR certification required
- CPI/Crisis Prevention Certification (Required for Behavioral Health)
- Up to Date TB Skin Test or Acceptable Alternative (T-Spot, TB Gold, Chest X-Ray, Etc.)
- Covid Vaccination Record (Required at Facility Discretion.
- Physical or Physician Statement
