Additional $.55 cents per mile for patient related travel

Pay will be based on experience and skill sets.

• Minimum 1 years as RN required
• Minimum 6 months Hospice / Home Health experience required 
• Charting system is HCHB (Homecare Homebase)
• On call rotations determined by hospice / home health agency 
• To follow state board of nursing scope of practice.
