Our client is in search of a caring and dedicated Weekend Hospice Registered Nurse to enhance their exceptional care team. This full-time role comes with a competitive salary, extensive benefits, and a nurturing work environment. Responsibilities include managing and executing patient care plans, providing support to patients in Mechanicsburg, PA, and nearby locations, and diligently adhering to charting deadlines. The ideal candidate should possess an RN license valid in the state, at least two years of RN experience (with a preference for those with hospice experience), and excellent time management and scheduling skills.

Qualifications:

Required:

Associate degree or higher
2 years of experience in Hospice
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania (PA)
Valid Driver's License, Reliable Mode of Transportation, and Auto Insurance

Preferred:

RN License Number

Key Responsibilities:

Provide management and delivery of patient care plans
Support patients in Mechanicsburg, PA, and surrounding areas
Consistently meet critical deadlines for charting
Self-manage time and schedule

Schedule and Shift Details:

Saturday & Sunday 8 am-8 pm, with a 3rd day 8 am-5 pm on either Friday or Monday, whichever the candidate prefers. Willing to consider someone who can only do Saturday & Sunday.
