Qualifications Required:

• Associate degree or higher
• Hospice experience (2 years)
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania (PA)
• Possession of a valid Driver's License, Reliable Mode of Transportation, and Auto Insurance

Overview:

Our client is looking for a compassionate individual who can effectively manage and deliver patient care plans, support patients in the Mechanicsburg, PA area and its surroundings, and consistently meet critical charting deadlines. The ideal candidate will possess strong self-management skills, hold an RN license in Pennsylvania, and have at least two years of experience in hospice care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide management and delivery of patient care plans
• Support patients in Mechanicsburg, PA and surrounding areas
• Consistently meet critical charting deadlines
• Self-manage time and schedule effectively

Schedule and Shift Details:

• Saturday & Sunday: 8 am - 8 pm, with a third day from 8 am - 5 pm on either Friday or Monday, based on candidate preference. Consideration given to candidates available only on Saturday & Sunday.

Travel:

• Local travel within Cumberland, Franklin, York, and Adams Counties
• Top Experiences preferred: Hospice Nursing, acute/critical care, Med/Surg, Telemetry, LTC
• Top Misses: New RNs, L&D, pediatrics, OR, school nursing, most outpatient

• Territory/Driving Expectation: Mechanicsburg, PA
• Schedule: Saturday & Sunday 8 am - 8 pm, with a third day 8 am - 5 pm on either Friday or Monday, based on candidate preference. Willing to consider candidates available only on Saturday & Sunday.
