Title: LPN

Location: Oklahoma City OK

Duration: 13 Weeks

Shift: Night shift 645 PM to 7:15 AM.

JOB SUMMARY:

• Under general supervision, provides preventative and health care to an assigned group of patients or clients Essential Responsibilities:
• Responsibilities listed in this section are core to the position. Inability to perform these responsibilities with or without an accommodation may result in disqualification from the position.
• Will assist with the nursing assessment through data collection, observation, and obtainment of vital signs on assigned patients or clients.
• Provide care according to an established nursing plan.
• Observe changes in patient’s condition and notify supervisory personnel if significant changes occur.

Experience

· One or more years of experience preferred.

Required

· BLS

· LPN License

· Licensure/Certifications/Registrations Required

Pay: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour
