At VITAL, we provide the flexibility and opportunities to work in our various long-term care facilities located throughout the metro area. Our team of LPNs enjoys the freedom of full-time or PRN work, with the unique opportunity to float between different locations each week.
As an LPN on our team, your primary responsibility will be to cover various “Priority Shifts” each week, ensuring the care needs of our residents are met.

**Responsibilities and Purpose:**
- Provide compassionate bedside care.
- Administer medications and meticulously document therapeutic outcomes.
- Monitor vital signs and maintain accurate patient records.
- Contribute to resident comfort and well-being.
- Collect samples and oversee catheter care.
- Provide wound care
- Provide guidance and coaching to fellow staff when needed.
**Desired Experience and Education:**
- Possession of a current and unencumbered Oklahoma Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) License.
- Up-to-date First Aid and CPR certification.
- One or more years of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or Long Term Care setting is preferred.
