200 miles radius rule (Permanent address should be 200 miles away from the facility)

Description:

• Duration: 13 weeks (Extendable)
• Schedule: Monday-Friday 8-5 ( flexible with needs)
• Guaranteed Hours : 40/week

Requirements:

• Home Health needs an Interim Director/Manager of Nursing
• Active RN license.
• BLS required
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant DON experience required
• The candidate MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN HOME HEALTH AND HOSPICE- SPECIFICALLY WITH COPs AND CMS.
• Will manage 40 direct reports. No weekends however the staff do work on-call weekends.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $92.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
