Job Description

As the Care Coordinator Home Health Sales and Marketing representative you will be responsible for generating business, meeting targets from territory in and around Venice, North Port and Englewood in Sarasota / Charlotte Counties, FL.

As part of our dynamic Team you will interact with the medical community to promote Clinical Home Health services. Your primary referral sources should include hospitals, physicians, senior retirement communities, skilled nursing facilities, and the community at large.

In addition you will have a strategic plan to identify opportunities for formal or contractual relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and assisted living facilities, executing your territory sales plan with laser focus in coordination with operational and clinical leadership ensuring extraordinary customer service.
