Job Summary:

The Healthcare Outreach Representative is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with community organizations, healthcare providers, and potential clients to promote healthcare services and programs. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to build rapport, and a strong understanding of healthcare services and resources.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations, healthcare providers, and potential clients to promote healthcare services and programs.

- Attend community events and health fairs to promote healthcare services and programs.

- Provide education and information to community members and organizations about healthcare services, programs, and resources.

- Collaborate with healthcare providers and community organizations to develop and implement outreach initiatives.

- Monitor and report on outreach activities and outcomes.

- Stay up-to-date on healthcare trends and developments to identify new opportunities for outreach.

Qualifications:

- 2-3 years of experience in healthcare outreach or a related field.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with a diverse range of individuals and organizations.

- Strong understanding of healthcare services and resources.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.64 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
