Basic Job Functions:
The primary responsibilities for the Treasury Analyst role include but not limited to:
- Support divisions’ treasury and banking needs
- Oversee and manage bank relationships and bank accounts
- Manage daily cash position, investments, liquidity forecasting, and month-end closing process
- Lead treasury projects and improvement initiatives
Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in finance, accounting, or business administration
- 2 years of experience in Treasury, Finance, or Accounting role
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Treasury
- Experience using bank portals and Kyriba treasury management system
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Willingness to travel periodically for conferences and division visits
