**Our client offers a hybrid work schedule with 2-3 days a week in office.

The Role:

Our client isseeking a Senior Treasury Analyst to join the Liquidity Risk ManagementGovernance team within Corporate Treasury. Liquidity Risk Managementprofessionals are responsible for identifying, measuring, managing, andcontrolling existing and emerging liquidity risk and reporting to seniormanagement, the Board of Directors and regulators. The Governance team withinLiquidity Risk Management provides advisory, analysis, design and support foran effective governance and control environment that is compliant withenterprise policies and procedures, including applicable regulatory andreporting requirements. The Governance team executes process and control designassessments, supports various strategic projects, and interfaces with internalaudit and other oversight partners on control-related matters.

The successful candidatewill be a highly motivated team player with strong familiarity with financialinstitutions and internal control frameworks, an excellent communicator andself-starter accustomed to working in complex organizations, partnering with adiverse group of stakeholders, and achieving results. Additionally, thecandidate should be able to work independently, be highly organized and able toprioritize multiple tasks.


Job Duties:

Execute strongcentralized governance and control routines and reporting to manage liquidityreporting risk and achieve consistent and efficient adherence to applicablepolicies and regulations

Partner with managersand analysts to design and assess effectiveness of regulatory and riskreporting controls, including end-user computing and model risk controls tomitigate risk and help ensure compliance with applicable policies andregulations.

Collaborate withmanagers and analysts within the group to maintain documentation compliant withthe Company’s internal control policy and procedures

Partner with managersand analysts within the group to manage issues through the issue lifecycle aswell as to evaluate and escalate, as appropriate, financial reporting, riskreporting, or disclosure matters

Support issuevalidation, independent testing and validation, Business COSO, internal auditand other independent reviews by aiding and coordinating with managers andanalysts within the group to respond to information requests and questions

Develop training topromote consistent implementation and execution of control standards acrossliquidity risk reporting and disclosure processes

Make recommendations tomore experienced group members and management

Collaborate and consultwith peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

Interact with internalcustomers

Receive direction fromleaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge tounderstand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

Requirements

4 years of Treasuryexperience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of thefollowing: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

A BS/BA degree or higherin finance, accounting, or economics

Strong knowledge andproven experience evaluating or maintaining an effective system of internalcontrols over financial reporting

3 years of experiencein auditing, accounting, financial reporting, or internal control functions

Experience withgovernance and oversight requirements for regulatory and risk reporting

Strong understanding ofthe COSO framework

Experience with largefinancial institutions

Ability to successfullyoperate in a complex and matrixed environment

Ability to execute in afast paced, high demand environment while balancing multiple priorities

Strong analytical skillswith high attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent verbal,written, and interpersonal communication skills

Strong organizational,multi-tasking, and prioritization skills

Strong collaboration andpartnering skills
