Basic Job Functions :
Nucor Tubular Products- Marseilles seeks qualified candidates for the position of Human Resources Coordinator. The HR Coordinator, with be part of the NTP-North HR Team, and will be located at the NTP-Marseilles site.
and performing other HR duties in assistance of the whole NTP-North HR Team. The successful candidate will be aligned with, and support, the vision of the product group, and conducting themselves in a manner that is consistent with Nucor's Mission and Culture
Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.
Minimum Qualifications :
2 years Human Resources experience
Preferred Qualifications :
Human Resources experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Willingness to flex schedule for occasional travel and to assist production team members on a rotating shift schedule.
