Corporate Healthcare Recruiter
The Corporate Recruiter plays an integral role in Nuclear Care Partners (NCP) growth by understanding the needs of hiring managers and sourcing the best talent to fill open positions. As the first point of contact for candidates interested in NCP's job opportunities both externally and internally, the Corporate Recruiter is responsible for creating and distributing job postings, intaking applications and resumes, sourcing candidates, and narrowing the applicant pool. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a friendly demeanor. The ability to prioritize work demands and to organize multiple details effectively are essential. The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for the process of promoting Nuclear Care Partners employer brand with the use of marketing methodologies throughout the recruitment life-cycle to attract, engage and nurture relationships with qualified talent.
Compensation: $19 - $25 / hour
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision (VSP), Health Savings Account, Flexible Spending Account, Paid Time-Off and 401K.
Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm - onsite, in-office position.
