Nuckols Plumbing Heating & Cooling is Hiring a Plumbing Project Manager Near Richmond, VA
- This position will require knowledge of pricing plumbing projects accurately relating to required man-hours and materials.
- Create long and short-term plans of execution for projects.
- PM will have the ability to recognize changes in the scope of the job, price/document those changes, and get the necessary approval before moving forward.
- Must have a complete understanding of what is required to take a plumbing project from start to finish.
- The Project Manager position will require a complete understanding of the Plumbing & Gas Code.
- Manage/Direct plumbing crews on the job site while providing scope and direction of job.
- PM will be the main point of contact for the General Contractor/Project Owner.
- Perform Quality Control through all phases of assigned projects.
- Carefully execute Change Orders and Billing weekly.
- Must have the ability to properly delegate tasks and motivate the team to complete them.
- Must possess professionalism, good communication skills, be extremely organized, and able to motivate.
- This position requires a high level of problem-solving and forward-thinking.
