Onsite working and paid interviews
Prepares vehicles for body repair work, including thorough disassembly of vehicles to assess all damages upfront, researching proper OEM repair procedures, assist in creating the repair plan, and meticulous assembly and attention to detail of the finished product
Promptly notifies management of any additional repairs needed — including assessing any supplemental vehicle needs, labor, parts, and communicating with the estimator and/or manager.
Notifies management of any difficulties or problems that may prevent a quality job from being performed or cause a change in the promised time.
Maintains tools and equipment in a proper state of repair.
Maintains a clean and safe work area.
Maintains and wears all required safety and health personal protective equipment, including respirator, in the manner recommended by the equipment manufacturer.
18 years or older
ASE/ICAR certified a plus
2 years in automotive collision body repair
Integrity of workmanship
