Onsite working and paid interviews

Primary Duties:

• develops estimates by costing parts, supplies, and labor

• calculating customer’s payment, including deductibles

• obtains insurance estimates by contacting insurance companies; reviewing damage estimates with insurance adjuster; resolving repair and replacement requirements

• maintains communication with customer by explaining estimates and expected return of vehicle, obtaining and providing contact phone numbers, answering questions and concerns, and arranging temporary transportation

• tracks vehicle progress through repair process – keeping customers and files adequately updated

Requirements:

• 18 years or older

• Proficiency in CCC One preferred

• Familiarity with DRP guidelines

• I-CAR or ASE certifications a plus

• Valid driver’s license
