NuCara Pharmacy is a dynamic community pharmacy serving patients in Iowa, Texas, North Dakota and Minnesota. We are looking for a full-time, highly motivated certified pharmacy technician to join our team in Waterloo, IA. Duties will be in our retail pharmacy, but we also provide compounding services which creates an ideal environment for pharmacy technicians looking to diversify their skills. We are looking for candidates that enjoy working as a team to provide prompt, high quality care to our patients. Applicants should have strong communication and organizational skills. National Pharmacy Technician certification is required.

Responsibilities for this position include:

• Data entry
• Customer interaction
• Inventory management
• Assist in directing daily workflow
• Resolving rejected insurance claims

Work schedule will be Monday through Friday 30 to 37.5 hours per week.
