NuCara Pharmacy is a dynamic, growing, retail pharmacy serving patients in Valley City, ND. We are looking for a PRN pharmacist who is based out of Valley City, ND with availability for hours to reach a full-time position through commuting to other NuCara locations in Bowman & Lisbon, ND and Hawley, MN. At NuCara, we prioritize one-on-one patient counseling and medication management with the goal of delivering the best pharmacy value without sacrificing the quality of care prized by our patients.

This position is ideal for a pharmacist looking for a practice setting where they are challenged to meet the specialized needs of individual patients yet still have many personal interactions with retail patients. Candidates should be highly organized, highly motivated, be able to work in a team, and use available resources to provide appropriate patient care. Candidates with retail and LTC experience preferred, but not required. Ability to work once weekly with availability for more hours and cover rotating Saturday shifts. The position requires a graduate of an accredited college of Pharmacy with BS or higher in Pharmacy, as well as a current license to practice Pharmacy in the State of North Dakota.

Part-time positions offer competitive compensation and 401K match.

Store hours are 8:30 am to 5:30 pm Monday - Friday and 9:00 am to 12:00 pm on Saturdays. The pharmacy is closed Sundays and all major holidays. Schedule for this position will be once weekly in Valley City, ND with availability for more hours at NuCara Pharmacy locations in Bowman & Lisbon, ND and Hawley, MN, and cover rotating Saturday shifts.
