We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Coordinator for a Full-Time position. 

Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic team member to help us create powerful experiences for our customers and team! NuAxis Innovations is an innovative technology company on a mission to put people first in government IT. Our focus on Customer Experience (CX) helps us stand out with clients and create an inclusive, engaging culture across our team. The ideal candidate for this role will be a strong communicator and digital native who is excited to take on new programs and work with a variety of teams.

Responsibilities include:

• Deliver engaging content via social media and other digital platforms
• Work with CEO and experts to execute market visibility campaigns
• Deliver programs focused on employee engagement and culture
• Manage shifting priorities and deadlines effectively

Requirements include:

• BA/BS or equivalent in marketing, journalism, PR, or related field
• Strong and proven communications and social media skills
• 3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or technology field
• Understanding of IT contracting in the government market
• Ability to work with executives, project leads, BD, recruiting, and contract staff
• Ability to manage workload, meet deadlines and support shifting priorities
• Enthusiasm for CX, DEI and employee engagement
