Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Collaborate with product management team to ensure marketing efforts align with product launches and updates.
- Manage print advertising campaigns, including creating and placing ads in relevant publications.
- Oversee e-commerce marketing initiatives, including optimizing product listings and implementing promotional campaigns.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting for marketing activities, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Utilize web development tools to create engaging landing pages and email templates.
- Support copywriting efforts for marketing materials, including website content, blog posts, and social media posts.
- Utilize Google Analytics and other analytics tools to track marketing campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Coordinate advertising efforts across various channels, such as online display ads, search engine marketing, and social media advertising.
- Maintain and update content on WordPress-based websites.

Responsibilities
Develop overall social media visions and strategies for the Kitchen Collective, including audience development, platform prioritization, engagement, and visibility
•Create compelling narratives by crafting social media copy and leveraging visual elements (i.e., video, well-designed imagery) and other storytelling mediums
* Concept, shoot, and edit video for posting
* "Street fighting" and other local marketing initiatives such as food drops to drive sales.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in performance marketing, preferably in a similar industry.
- Familiarity with print advertising strategies and best practices.
- Excellent copywriting and graphic design skills with the ability to adapt writing style for different platforms and audiences.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar analytics tools for tracking campaign performance.
- Knowledge of advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or LinkedIn Ads.
- Experience managing content on WordPress-based websites.
