Job Summary

Nu-Wool Co. Inc., a long established, privately owned, leading manufacturer of cellulose insulation and other green products, located in Jenison, MI, has an excellent career opportunity for a Full-Time Production Foreman.

Responsibilities include the following (Other duties may be assigned):

-Responsible for accuracy of all paperwork involved with the production of materials being produced.

-Responsible for actions of subordinates.

-Conducts start of shift meetings.

-Responsible for proper plant shut down and start up.

-Responsible for communication of schedules and production metrics.

-Maintains safety and quality in production area.

-Responsible for all phases of the operation of production of insulation.

-Additional duties required by Supervisor.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Supervises 10 subordinates on same shift.

Education and/or Experience

High School Degree helpful. Prior work experience in manufacturing.
