As a RN you will work alongside the Director of Nursing/Nurse Managers to provide the best quality care and ensure the safety to our residents: administrating medication and monitoring the resident's vitals. Additionally, provide support and directions to the nursing assistants.

New Grads are strongly encourage to apply!

This position is Full-Time or Part-Time with rotation weekends.

Example of Essential Functions:

Review residents clinical records to identify needs.
Ensure a timely response to residents needs, evaluate charts and ensure regulatory compliance with documentation requirements.
Document and verbalize end of shift reporting, making note to follow up on significant changes in residents conditions, admissions, transfers and discharges.
Conduct and coordinate the accurate completion of the state-approved Resident Assessment Instrument.
Other duties as assigned.
