Nu Roc Health and Rehab in Laona, WI is hiring for a Certified Dietary Manager
The Certified Dietary Manager is responsible for managing the facility kitchen and staff through careful planning and organizing of the overall operations of the Dining Services department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards and by ensuring quality nutritional meals are prepared and served from kitchens maintained in a clean, safe and sanitary manner.
