Job Description: Mechanical Source Inspector
Experience with the following disciplines:
Commodity - Machined Parts
Purchase Order Quality Flow Down Requirements and Special Instructions
QAP Drawings – Quality Assurance Provisions
AIE Documentation – Acceptance Inspection Equipment
Various Sampling Plans
Receiving, In-Process, Final Inspections/Inspection Reports/Travelers
[IMTE] Inspection, Measuring and Test Equipment/Custom Inspection Gauges
Hands – On dimensional inspections for verifying compliance of complex machined, formed, stamped, cast, and forged parts
Experience with CMM Reports
Complex Engineering Drawings/Parts Lists/GD&T and associated documents
All types of Certifications [C of C, Material, Finish, etc…]
Customer Training
First Article Inspections in accordance with AS9102 or equivalent
Additional Notes:
Start Date: Immediately
Duration: 1 Year Plus
Shift: First; Min 4 Hours/Visit
1 - 2 Visits/Week
Travel Time/Mileage Compensation
Local candidates only; US Citizenship; W2 contract
