Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Maintenance Technician at NTS Development Company in Indianapolis, IN. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the servicing and repairs related to resident work orders, prepping / turnkey of vacant units, property & equipment maintenance, HVAC install, troubleshooting & repair.
Qualifications
- Equipment Maintenance, Troubleshooting, and Preventive Maintenance skills
- Maintenance & Repair related to MultiFamily
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in performing maintenance tasks and repairs to include HVAC experience.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability to work on-site in Indianapolis, IN
- Relevant certifications or training in maintenance or related field
- Have own transportation and valid / current Driver’s License & satisfactory driving record.
- Criminal Background Check meeting NTS Policies and standards.
- Clear Drug Screening meeting NTS Policies and standards.
