Job Location

Office is located in Sodo neighborhood of Seattle, Washington (Zip Code 98134). The office is not co-located with the managed properties. This role operates off-site at the Seattle office and the majority of properties are located in King County.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Advertise and show vacant properties to prospective tenants
  • Process applications and negotiate leases and rental rates
  • Establish and enforce property rules
  • Ensure buildings and facilities are in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
  • Create lease agreements

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU:

  • $18 to $23 / hour Commissions per lease agreement signed

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Sales ability
  • Must be very organized – follow the systems in place and you will be successful
  • Able to run an office – take ownership of the role and property
  • This is a very hands-on opportunity – you must be able to multi-task and be willing to do everything
  • Intermediate to advanced understanding of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Gmail
  • Must be trustworthy

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • 1 years of property management experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Proficiency with emails, phone calls, and text messaging.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work successfully under deadlines.

Desired Qualifications

  • English and Spanish speaking
  • Strong knowledge of landlord-tenant law, fair housing regulations, and property management best practices.
  • Social media marketing and branding.
  • 3 year(s) of property management experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
