NTCA-The Rural Broadband Association is looking for a skilled professional to join our outstanding Benefits Enrollment team. The Benefits Enrollment team has a dynamic role that involves customer service and data analysis regarding all NTCA's benefit programs. The NTCA benefits programs include, medical, dental, disability, life, accident, pension, and 401(k).What will you do?Respond to telephone and email inquiries regarding NTCA Benefit Plans and eligibility requirements.Answer plan-specific questions from member company benefits representatives.Maintain knowledge of benefit program specifications, plan rules and regulations.Utilize benefits knowledge and available resources to troubleshoot and resolve complex enrollment situations and provide accurate information.Utilize benefits knowledge to review eligibility system transactions and identify areas of concern.Contribute to team efforts using plan resources, communication procedures and policies. To perform the job successfully, a candidate should have the following qualifications:Exceptional customer service skills.Advanced verbal and written communication skills.Comfort with auditing large volumes of data.Robust problem solving and analytical skills.Ability to research and analyze information to determine appropriate path to solve complex eligibility situations.Effectively and professionally communicate technical and complex information.Balance competing demands for time and prioritize workload to meet strict deadlines.High level of comfort accessing data from web-based and other database applications.Knowledge of employee benefits is preferred but not required. Why work with us?NTCA offers a competitive compensation and benefits package that is designed to support employees’ health and wellness, financial planning, work life balance, and protection from the unexpected.
