NT Concepts is seeking a Project Controls Analyst to join our team. The Project Control Analyst has a direct impact on program and project delivery for the company. This person is responsible for driving execution and delivery of multiple projects by integrating with project managers, contracts, accounting, and finance.
This individual is extremely organized, able to work independently and with a team, and possesses very strong analytical skills. They are an expert on the requirements, terms, and conditions of their assigned projects. They provide financial, administrative, and technical support including but not limited to budget formation and resource allocation, financial and technical reporting, communicating with internal and external staff and stakeholders, and proactively identifying and addressing areas for improvement.
Clearance : US Citizenship required, must be eligible for a government security clearance
Location/Flexibility: Vienna, VA with remote work permitted
Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full program/project life cycle activities, including but not limited to project setup and maintenance, invoicing support, accruals, financial projections, and month-end close.
• Develop and maintain Estimates at Completion (EAC) and Estimates to Complete (ETC), calculate percentage of completion for revenue recognition, manage subcontractor and vendor support, and implement financial policies and procedures in support of projects.
• Work closely with program and project managers to assess performance against cost, schedule, and technical areas.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 1-2 years of prior experience in project control activities (invoicing, contract analysis and support, financial forecasting, tracking and analysis) in supporting a government contractor
• In depth knowledge of Cost Plus, Firm Fixed Price, and T&M/LH contract types
• Eligible for Government Security Clearance
• Ability to multi-task and independently prioritize workload to ensure maximum benefit to the company.
• A strong knowledge base in compliance with contract terms and conditions, specifically in the Federal space.
• Experience in developing, maintaining, and managing Bases of Estimates (BOEs), project cost, schedule, and milestones, resource allocation, and reporting.
• Must be highly proficient with Microsoft Excel, and SharePoint, and has familiarity working with government contractor accounting systems.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience serving in a role in managing a portfolio of contract (project/program) financial, compliance, and/or technical functions in support of US Government customers.
• Recent, relevant, and positive experiences with direct engagement with US Government employees as an element of executing a Government contract.
• Experience with Unanet is strongly desired.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 10-15 pounds at times.
