Description

Concept Solutions is seeking a Project Control Analyst to work on a remote project based out of Washington DC. The Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Program Manager in executing the financial management and contract administration aspects of a highly complex, information technology (IT) development project supporting a federal client. This is a remote position that requires the ability to come into the office located in Reston, Virginia 2-3 times a month upon request 

• Coordinates with internal stakeholders to ensure timely submission of program deliverables
• Compiles information for and develops status report deliverables, including monthly reports and Program Management Review slide decks
• Evaluates deliverable content for completeness, comprehensibility, flow, and compliance with program standards and customer requirements
• Tracks status of projects using Jira; prepares status reports and advises leads and Program Manager on project status
• Serves as primary resource for onboarding and offboarding employees; assists new employees with submission of PIV card and equipment requests; coordinates with HR to track status of onboarding and offboarding
• Formats candidate resumes using standard templates for submission and approval
• Coordinates and schedules internal and external program meetings; prepares and distributes meeting minutes and action items
• Administers program Knowledge Services Network (KSN) repository; adds and removes users and assists employees with basic troubleshooting
• Works with leads and Program Manager to ensure that program objectives are met and customer expectations are satisfied
• Documents and follows up on program-level action items
• Analyzes resource trends and assists leads with resource allocation/management
• Evaluates and recommends revisions to program standards and guidelines
• Analyzes current processes and recommends improvements to improve efficiency and streamline overall workflow
• Analyzed, documents, and tracks status of internal program risks and issues
• Maintains technical knowledge of business and organizational practices by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications

Requirements

• 2 years of experience with a BS degree
• 1 years of experience with a MS degree
• 10 years of experience with HS diploma
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
• Must have good oral and written communication skills
• Must be flexible and interested in learning and working with new technologies
• Must demonstrate an ability to work independently or under general direction on requirements that are moderately complex to analyze, plan, program, and implementation
• Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Security Clearance
