Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a Concierge Courtesy Security Officer to join our team in Sunny Isle. As a Concierge Courtesy Security Officer, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the safety and security of clients and their properties.

• Greet and assist residents, guests, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
• Monitor access to the property, verifying the identity of individuals and ensuring they have proper authorization.
• Conduct regular patrols and security checks to deter and detect any suspicious activity or safety hazards.
• Respond to and report incidents, emergencies, and safety concerns promptly.
• Provide assistance and directions to residents and visitors.
• Maintain accurate logs and records of all activities and incidents.
• Ensure all security equipment and systems are functioning correctly.
• Collaborate with property management and other team members to enhance security and customer service.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Act as a visible deterrent to potential security threats.

$16 - $17 hourly

• Answer any issues or complaints made by guests and come up with solutions quickly
• Handle and distribute messages and mail, as well as redirect calls by answering the phone and making reservations
• Function as a contact point for guests seeking support or information and taking care of their needs and expectations

• At least one year of hospitality industry experience as a hotel front desk agent or similar position preferred
• Possesses strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skills
• High school graduate, GED recipient, or equivalent

• Class D Security License
