Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide service to our customers and ensure their needs are met. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others and has excellent communication skills.

Duties:

- Communicate with customers via phone, resolve issues, and provide product information

- Upsell products and services to customers based on their needs and preferences

- Assist with order processing, tracking, and delivery coordination

Experience:

- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred

- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is desirable

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

- Excellent problem-solving abilities
