NSFit is Hiring a Certified Personal Trainer Near Redding, CA
- Service appointments with members, which may include body fat analysis, nutritional counseling, etc
- Consult with members to determine and define needs and health problem areas
- Develop an individual exercise program consistent with the member’s personal fitness and exercise goals
- Conduct studies or surveys on member’s needs or health problems to formulate appropriate solutions to achieve desired fitness goals with safe and effective programming
- Advise members on methods of solving needs or problems and recommends specific solutions
- Determine members current physical status based on personal health and physical history
- Educate and assist members on proper use of exercise equipment, physical fitness and realistic physical expectations
- Continually monitor facility, including locker rooms for cleanliness and tidiness
- Must perform a zone clean twice a day (refer to check off list provided by the GM)
- Must be able to participate in all of our special events (requirements based on job description)
- Responsible for clocking in at the beginning of your shift, clocking out at the end of your shift and any breaks in-between
- Responsible for maintaining proper certifications and CPR certifications
- Required to produce floor leads to PT leads
- Must hold a current certification from the NASM, ACSM, NSCA or ACE.
- Must have current CPR, CPT, CEU’s, and AED certification.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience in designing and implementing fitness programming
