Position Summary:

The Senior Business Analyst collaborates with the Product Owner, SMEs, and stakeholders to analyze tasks and requests to create User Stories with Acceptance Criteria. A primary responsibility will be leading requirements for a data warehouse and other data reporting requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Facilitate collection of user feedback mechanism and metrics tracking
• Translate customer needs and requirement into Epics, Features, and User Stories
• Maintain requirements traceability
• Support Business Process Modeling, and Human Centered Design activities
• Work directly with the development teams to clarify requirements
• Translate user stories into test cases and support QA/testing activities
• Develop executive briefing artifacts and info-graphics/diagrams
• Support daily/weekly/quarterly Agile ceremonies
• Ability to determine source and its attributes to meet business reporting needs,
• Create user stories from existing applications for modernization will also be a requirement.

Education and Work Experience:

• 8 years of relevant experience

• Familiar with design artifacts in JIRA and Confluence
• Understands several reporting and data platforms
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience (preferred)
• Technical understanding to connect technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Innovative thinking – ability to learn new tools and techniques and apply them to the program.
• Exposure to Human Centered Design, UX research, and usability testing

• Proven track record of maintaining data systems and adhering to, updating and creating product requirement documents

Hours Required: 40 a week, additional hours may be required upon Manager’s request.
