At NCCI, we’re looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Sr Compensation Analyst to join our Total Rewards team in administering NCCI’s compensation program, policies, and procedures. You’ll be responsible for conducting market research and analyzing compensation data to ensure our programs are competitive and aligned with industry standards. If you’re experienced in Compensation practices and are looking to join a team that’s passionate about delivering exceptional services, apply today! While our headquarters is located in sunny Boca Raton, FL, this position has the potential to work remotely within the United States. WHAT YOU’LL DO:As a Sr Compensation Analyst, you’ll work collaboratively with our HR team and business leaders to provide guidance on job designs and organizational structure by conducting job evaluations and researching market data and trends to ensure external competitiveness and internal calibration.
