- Manage the administration of the day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Manage new employee orientation, onboarding, retention, attendance, disciplinary actions, safety and employee engagement.
- Onsite managers contribute to shaping and maintaining the workplace culture within their specific areas. Onsite Manager plays a role in developing and promoting the overall organizational culture and ensures that this culture is reflected and reinforced within their team.
- Monitor and improve operational processes to enhance productivity
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries and concerns. Implement and uphold customer service standards. Work to enhance the overall customer experience at the site.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and legal requirements. Enforce safety protocols and keep abreast of industry trends.
- Communicate regularly with senior management and other stakeholders. Keep staff informed about company policies, regulations, and client expectations.
