Job Description:

• Oversees the general operation of the community association portfolio and provides oversight of all staff if applicable and contracted service providers.
• Communicates to the Board on a regular basis with regard to issues involving the communities.
• Enforces the Rules and Regulations of the Association as expressed and set forth in the Documents.
• Prepares or oversees the preparation of notices, and meeting packets for all meetings of the Association and Board in a timely manner.
• Attends monthly Board Meetings, Annual Meetings, and any Special Meetings as contracted.
• Prepares RFPs and secures proposals relating to day-to-day operations. Provides recommendations to the Boards for their consideration.
• Oversees and ensures the accuracy of individual items for each unit/lot.
• Assists in the preparation of the annual budget and updating of the reserve study projects for all communities in the portfolio.
• Approves all expenditures and seeks Board approval if the expenditure is above the predetermined threshold.
• Responds to owner inquiries and requests in a timely manner according to company standards.
• Manages the decision-making process effectively and works with both short and long-range objectives for the associations.
• Handles after-hours emergency calls as scheduled.

Qualifications

• Deliver superior customer service
• Knowledge of community association inspection process
• Knowledge of the role of the association board of directors and how best to communicate with the ownership of the association.
• Knowledge of typical business correspondence (grammar, structure, punctuation, spelling, etc.) at a proficient level.
• Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques at a proficient level.
• Ability to keep a positive work culture fostering NRP's values and beliefs.
• Time management and time-critical organizational skills.
• Excellent Leadership and people skills

Experience:

• Association Management experience of 2 years or more (Preferred)
• CMCA, AMS, or PCAM if yes please specify (Preferred)
