Are you curious about commercial real estate? Do you ever wonder what a Property Manager actually does? We have an opportunity for a Tenant Services Coordinator in DC supporting a busy Property Manager.
- Acts as the first point of contact for service calls, requests, & issues
- Develops & maintains relationships with customers, vendors, contractors
- Coordinates work orders and billings for the property
- Manages signage, directory strips, Keys, and parking requests
- Ensures customer and vendor certificates of insurance are maintained and up to date
- Generate move in/out and welcome gifts
- Maintain customer correspondence
