Roving Maintenance Technician

LOCATION: Based out of Indianapolis, IN; paid travel required. 

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

This position will work at multiple properties in the IN area as needed, and out-of-state as needed. All travel expenses are paid. Mileage is reimbursed when traveling from site to site.

• Complete resident work orders promptly.
• Complete all make-readies consistent with company standards, in a timely, professional manner.
• Complete capital projects or needed upgrades.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• A minimum of 2 years of industry experience 
• HVAC Certification Required
• Strong Mechanical Background
