What you will do

You will work with all aspects of the verbatim processing services (VPS) data collection process across multiple business units and methodologies. You will review and transcribe written, electronic and phone comments verbatim in English, as well as code for reporting services. Additionally, you’ll review and publish comments and participate in special projects as needed. You may also have the opportunity to cross train in other areas of Production, including printing, inserting, opening mail and scanning surveys. High performance in this role can open up possibilities to explore other career opportunities within NRC Health.

What you need

• High school diploma
• Keying speed & accuracy of 65 WPM
• Ability to work 40 hours/week
• Proficient in English
• Strong skills with MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook
• Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time
• NRC Health requires all U.S. associates to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, unless entitled to an accommodation
