Pay Range: $17-$20/hourly

Job Responsibilities/Requirements:

• Effectively answer inbound/make outbound calls to consumers
• Handle client specific reporting requirements
• Gather and apply insurance information as applicable
• Professional and respectful communication with consumers, clients, management and peers
• Apply critical thinking skills to resolve accounts in an effort to maintain 100% client satisfaction
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge in basic computer applications and posses the ability to work from multiple systems simultaneously
• Maintain calm temperament and display a positive attitude

Schedule:

• Monday- Friday
• No Weekends
• Day/Evening shift
• In office presence, NO remote work
• Full time (40 hours per week)

Education/Experience

• High School Diploma or High School Equivalent
• 1 year experience with customer service in a call center/medical billing is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
