Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will greet visitors, handle incoming calls, and provide administrative support to various departments. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Answer incoming phone calls and transfer them to the appropriate staff member
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and proofreading documents
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer support
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Experience:
- Previous experience using QuickBooks is preferred
- Experience in event planning is a plus
- Strong proofreading skills with great attention to detail
- Familiarity with filing systems and data entry processes
- Previous experience working in a dental office or as a medical receptionist is beneficial
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional phone etiquette
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
