Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Call Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be proficient in English and Spanish to assist our diverse customer base.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Utilize phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions
- Perform data entry accurately and efficiently
- Analyze customer needs to recommend appropriate services or products
- Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
- Navigate through medical office software to access and update patient information
Experience:
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
- Proficiency in English and Spanish is required; being bilingual is a plus
- Familiarity with medical terminology is advantageous
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
