7 to 10 years of experience QA automation using technologies such as REST Assured, Selenium, Playwright, BDD framework, end-to-end testing, Hogan knowledge (preferred), JIRA knowledge, etc.

Top 5-10 responsibilities for this position
Test Strategy and Planning: Develop comprehensive test strategies and plans that align with project objectives and business requirements. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure proper test coverage and identify potential risks.
Test Automation Architecture: Define and implement automation frameworks, strategies, and best practices. Evaluate and select appropriate tools and technologies based on project requirements and industry trends.
Team Leadership and Mentoring: Provide guidance, mentorship, and technical leadership to the QA automation team. Foster a collaborative and high-performing culture within the team.
Test Execution and Management: Oversee the execution of automated test suites, monitor test results, and analyze test metrics to identify areas for improvement. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps, evaluating new tools or technologies, and implementing best practices. Promote innovation and efficiency in the QA automation processes.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as a primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including development teams, product managers, and business analysts. Provide regular updates on testing progress, issues, and risks.
Test Environment Management: Collaborate with infrastructure teams to set up and maintain test environments, including configuration management, data management, and virtualization.
