NPSG Global is Hiring an Installation Technician I Near Searcy, AR

National Property Solutions Group seeks individuals with commercial construction and assembly experience. NPSG Installation Technician Associates build and assemble metal workstations and inventory shelving units. Successful candidates will be punctual, reliable, safety conscious, team players who are physically capable of repetitive work that includes lifting, pulling, pushing, and using hand tools such as hammers, rivet guns, and pallet jacks.

Responsibilities/Requirements:

**Experience with Steel Erection and Equipment Installation Highly Desired**

· Read and interpret schematic drawings, diagrams, blueprints, specifications, work order, bills of materials, or reports to determine material requirements or assembly instructions.

· Physically able to lift, push, pull up to 45 lbs. consistently through a 10-hr shift.

· Double-check connections to ensure they match and report issues to the Supervisor.

· Communicate effectively with co-workers on the assembly line to ensure maximum speed and accuracy.

· Maintain and assume responsibility for equipment (hand tools, etc.) that are issued.

· Receive, unload and transfer materials to different workstations.

· Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy environment and ensure compliance with the company’s policies and procedures.

· Mechanical aptitude and good dexterity

Qualifications:

· Complete knowledge and understanding of assembly drawing blueprints at a complex level.

· Experience in welding, metal fabrication, structural steel job and iron work.

· Self-sufficient and cost-effectively perform all required installation and assembly operations.

· Ability to stand and / or walk for extended periods of time.

· Ability to lift, carry push or pull equipment up to 45 lbs.

· Experience working with various types of hand and power tools.

· Ability to operate heavy machinery such as Scissor Lift or Forklift.

· Commercial and Industrial Construction experience required.

· Understanding of both metric and imperial units of measure

· The ability to read a tape measure accurately - millimeters and fractions for standard industry construction a must.

· Experience as a Millwright, Pipe Fitter, or Boiler Maker highly desirable.

· Conveyor installation and maintenance a plus.

· Rigging experience a plus.

· Experience with station builds a plus.

· Electrical experience a plus.

Work Environment:

· The warehouse environment is typically in the construction phase and personal protective equipment (PPE) must always be used including hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, and safety shoes.

· Safety shoes with composite toe reinforcement above the ankle required.
