Responsibilities Include :

• Monitoring and adjusting operating parameters of fence weaving equipment to confirm that product materials and quality requirements are being met.
• Starting production on equipment and making necessary adjustments to equipment.
• Must be mechanically inclined.
• 1 year machine operator experience is preferred, but not necessary - we will train.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend English.
• Ability to perform simple math, add, subtract, multiply, divide, and take measurements using tape measure.

Physical Demands :

Bending, sitting, lifting 100 pounds consistently, carrying, pushing, pulling, standing on cement floor, walking on manufacturing floor, communication (speaking / listening as well as typing / reading).

Work Environment : Manufacturing environment with intermittent noise, long periods of standing in a warehouse-type physical space, with exposure to noise and dust in hot and cold climates.

Must have a good work ethic and be reliable.

Must be willing to work day shift or second / swing shift, as well as be open to overtime and Saturday work as needed.
