Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables
- Develop and maintain project plans, including tasks, timelines, and resource allocation
- Utilize project management tools such as SharePoint and ServiceNow to track progress and communicate updates
- Implement and maintain effective project governance processes and procedures
- Conduct regular status meetings with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project success
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices and standards
- Oversee the implementation of content management systems and other tools to support project objectives
- Facilitate business process modeling sessions to identify areas for improvement and optimize workflows
- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience in project management, including successful delivery of complex projects
- Strong knowledge of project planning methodologies and tools
- Familiarity with content management systems and other relevant technologies
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
- Experience in team management and leading cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
