NOX GROUP is Hiring an ELECTRICAL ESTIMATOR Near Phoenix, AZ

Corbins is growing! We are looking for an Electrical Estimator to continue building the best preconstruction team in the Phoenix Market with an emphasis on Mission Critical/Live Environments, Manufacturing and Industrial Projects.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the bid proposal process to determine scope of work for various projects
  • Provide expertise to any bid-related presentations and proposals
  • Calculate scope of work takeoffs to prepare estimates and bid proposals
  • Review design options and provide solutions based on cost, engineering and materials
  • Support all areas of the business related to estimates and job-costing
  • Develop and maintain working relationships with clients, designers, subcontractors, and vendors

Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of contract documents, including blueprints, drawings, and schematics
  • Strong familiarity with construction and industry practices, processes, and standards
  • Ability to recognize errors or inconsistencies with project-related costs and scope.
  • Professional communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Accubid estimating software experience a plus
  • Good detail orientation and organizational skills
  • Adaptable to change in a fast-pace environment
  • HS Diploma or equivalent
  • 5 years combined electrical and estimating experience
